I love brightly colored manicures but sometimes I think neutral colors can be really pretty as well! To create this look, I first painted my nails with two coats of nude polish (Sand Tropez by Essie) and let it dry completely. Then I dipped the end of a dull pencil in the black polish and placed 3 black dots on the edge of each nail (using Licorice by Essie).
